FBC's Competition Dance Team raised money to pay for fees and costumes this weekend by holding a Car Wash at Merryman's Service Center in Downtown Fredericksburg. Not only were the dancer's washing cars, but their siblings and parents joined in on the fun. It is estimated that 40+ cars were washed between 9 am and 1:30 pm, including Ms Jen's car. Many people just gave donations to support the girls. In fact, I live right around the corner from Merryman's and could hear the dancer's chanting, shouting and singing "Car Wash!"
